General Guidelines
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and fair return and exchange policies. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligible Returns
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery can be returned or exchanged.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Expired Products:
- If a product is delivered with an expired shelf life, it can be rejected at the time of delivery.
- Non-Perishable Items:
- Dry groceries, canned goods, oils, and other non-perishable items can be returned if unopened and within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Perishable Items:
- Fresh food, dairy products, frozen foods, and meat or poultry derivatives cannot be returned once delivered unless there is visible damage at the time of receipt.
- Opened or Used Products:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products Without Proof of Purchase:
- Items must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Initiating a Request:
- Contact customer service within the specified time frame to report any issues.
- Provide necessary details, including proof of purchase and images (if applicable).
- Approval and Pickup:
- After approval, a pickup will be scheduled for the returned product.
- Ensure that the product is securely packaged for collection.
- Inspection:
- Products will be inspected upon receipt to verify the condition and eligibility for return or exchange.
- Refund or Replacement:
- Eligible products will be refunded or replaced as per customer preference.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are issued after the returned product passes inspection.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit.
- Delivery Charges:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
- Promotional Products:
- If a product purchased under a promotion is returned, any associated free gifts must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in deductions from the refund.
Exceptions
- Frozen and Refrigerated Items:
- Once sold and delivered, frozen and refrigerated items cannot be returned unless visibly damaged upon delivery.
- Fresh Items:
- Fresh produce is non-returnable unless there is an issue noted at the time of delivery.
